On Leaders

When you see and listen to a leader in whatever activity, and then, because the leader touches you with the inspiration he or she promotes, you say to yourself: I want to become like him. I want to become like her. I want to follow him, I want to follow her.

That decision is a door waiting for you to open.

If you step forward and act, the door will open. Yes, it will open. Such is the will of leaders. They inspire others to become leaders.

(Caveat: ensure your leader fills your heart with love, not hate).
