Old-Fashioned Romantic Man

See? I’m an old-fashioned romantic man. I wouldn’t call you. I wouldn’t text you. I wouldn’t e-mail you either. Instead, I would write ‘I love you” with invisible ink on white paper, fold the paper, put it into an envelope, and seal it. I would write your name and address on the envelope, place a stamp, walk some blocks to the nearby mailbox, and drop it there. Upon receiving the envelope, you will know I sent it to you, but I wonder, will you open it?

Sal Godoij

Sal is a Canadian writer, philosopher, poet, and indie publisher, author of a thought-provoking narrative that contains mystical messages. Sal believes in miracles, which he claims have accentuated his life, so many of his stories reflect these portents. Sal sustains that we all have a message to divulge in this life. Thus, he encourages us to make our voice heard, firstly in our inner self, then on to our neighbours, and henceforward into the universe.
